Temporary changes to location

In order to facilitate essential renovation work to be carried out on the Health Centre, from Monday 4th July  some of our Clinicians will be located on the ground floor of the Health Centre for approximately 8 weeks.  We will have one of our team located at the ground floor reception who will direct patients to the appropriate waiting area.  Please bear with us during this time as staff are required to work on both floors which will add an additional strain on our already stretched resources.  Thank you for your patience

Patient Car Park

Pallion Health Centre Car Park now operates a Parking system (SABA). If you are using the patient car park you need to bring your vehicle registration number with you whenever you attend the surgery. A staff member will input this into the Parking System the car park is for patients attending Pallion Health Centre only.  This will need to be done at each visit.  Disabled badges are not exempt and will still need to add their registration number.

Demonstrating your COVID-19 vaccination status when travelling abroad

From 17 May 2021, people in England who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can demonstrate their vaccination status for international travel. A full course is currently two doses of any approved vaccine. Vaccine status will be available from: 

  • the NHS App which you can download from app stores 

It may take more than a week for your identity to be checked and verified so you can use this service.

If you cannot access this online service, and you have had 2 vaccines, you can request a paper letter from the NHS by calling 119. Only call 119 if you are due to travel abroad in the near future and have had your second dose more than 5 working days ago. It may take 7 working days for the letter to arrive.

This practice is not able to provide you with a letter that shows your COVID-19 vaccination status.

website. Make sure there is time to get  proof of your vaccination status before you leave.
