Referrals
If the doctor thinks you require referral to hospital or other specialist service for further advice or treatment the doctor will discuss this with you. The doctor may refer you using the current Choose and Book system. This will enable you to make your own appointment at a time and date and place that best suits you. If you are unsure how the system works, please ask a member of the admin team, who will be happy to assist. Please remember to cancel this appointment if you no longer need to attend.
